For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to Hammond by the Sea, affectionately known as Pop's Place, a delightful holiday house located in the charming coastal town of Berrara. This spacious and pet-friendly retreat offers the perfect setting for your holiday, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Recently installed with a new kitchen in November 2023. Things to note about the property: Linen (fitted & flat sheets/pillowcases) and towels are not supplied (please contact our office to organise laundry services) Aircon and Wi-Fi are available Pets are allowed (Outside only) No smoking inside the house No garage access

Sussex Inlet, Cudmirrah and Berrara are lovely coastal areas offering a range of water activities. Boating, fishing, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing are all great around here.
