This magnificent property is designed for family entertaining with vast living spaces a solar and gas heated swimming pool and spa, surrounded by an expansive sun-drenched deck, huge back yard, full sized pool table located in a quiet Cul-de-sac. Highlighting an open plan living/dining area with wood burning coonara, a full-sized billiard / pool table to enjoy a game with friends or family. All serviced by a spacious Kitchen. This U-shaped home, has 6 sets of French door that open on to the entertaining deck complete with lounges, dining and natural gas BBQ, Set on a sprawling 1,331sqm parcel of land the single level residence boasts plenty of appeal with timber flooring and soaring, vaulted ceilings that amplify the light and space. Also a private rumpus room allows an area where the children can play, watch TV on the huge sofa while overlooking the gorgeous pool area. The property also features a large fully fenced grassed area below the pool deck, perfect for letting the kids run around freely. The four bedrooms comprise of: 1 x King (sleeps 2) 1 x Queen (sleeps 2) plus day bed 2 x long single beds (can convert to king bed) plus bunk bed (sleeps 4) 2 x single bunk beds, one tri bunk (queen on bottom/ King single single on top) (sleeps 7) ****This property sleeps a maximum of 11 adults - due to bunk beds and day bed not being suitable for adults
