Welcome to our modern, three-level home featuring Alaskan white cedar shingles. The property includes five bedrooms, two living areas with TVs, and a sizable office space. Outdoors, you'll find three large decks, a heated elevated pool, and a well-maintained garden with a firepit. Situated on a quiet dead-end street, the home is within walking distance of Shelley Beach and local cafes in Portsea and Sorrento, providing a convenient and peaceful getaway. Our residence in Portsea provides a tranquil and secluded environment, situated directly across from the Sorrento Golf Course. This location not only affords privacy but also offers splendid vistas of the fairways and hills, rendering it a picturesque backdrop to awaken to each day. Perched upon a hillside, the property grants an expansive perspective of the surrounding rural expanse and a neighbouring lake. The strategic positioning and layout of the residence foster a connection with the natural landscape. Portsea and the nearby Mornington Peninsula are great places with lots to do. First, the beaches are amazing. Shelley Beach is super close and it's perfect for a relaxing day. You can snorkel to see fish in the Bay. If you love big waves or just like watching them, Portsea's back beach is the place to go. The coastal cliffs there are stunning! If you're into walking, you should try the Millionaires Walk along the coastline. It's a path where you get to see some fancy houses and amazing sea views. For food, Portsea and Sorrento have something for everyone. Cafes, nice restaurants, and don't forget the two local pubs: the Portsea Hotel and the Sorrento Hotel. They're perfect for a simple meal and a cold drink. The Continental Hotel is more up-market, but also great. Love wine? Drive to some Mornington Peninsula wineries. The area is famous for its wines. You get to taste different types and learn how they're made. If you're into water activities, you can hire a boat or water toys like paddleboards. You can also use the water equipment that is available at our house. It's a fun way to spend time on the water. There's also golfing at either the Sorrento or Portsea Golf Courses. So, whether you like relaxing or activities, Portsea and the Mornington Peninsula are great . You can enjoy the sea, eat tasty food, try local wines, and soak in the beautiful scenery.
