You may or may not find me a lot around the house, but I am just a phone call or text away, besides there is a housekeeper to assist you. One thing I often get is people don't realize how good this location is until they arrive. Next to West Richmond train station, Epworth hospitals, 1.5km to CBD, walk to the famous Abbotsford convent, close to Fitzroy and Melbourne botanical garden and Melbourne Cricket ground. On nearby Bridge Road and Victoria street you have all the prominent cafes, exquisite restaurants, bbqs, dessert house, bars, shopping strips, entertainment, music/DVDs, cinemas, local bakery.. a multicultural bonanza. Within 1km you have gardens, parks, river, walking trails, castles and convents, boathouses, secret alleys, picnic, children's farm and farmers market etc This house is amazingly located on a busy street sandwiched in the middle of all above. Plenty hospitality offerings, chic retail, and lifestyle amenities. Come see for yourself =)
