My partner and I love managing short term rentals and do everything possible to make our guest have a pleasant stay. We always try to give our guests an early check-in or late check-out, at no extra charge, if requested.

Property information

A large, private apartment walking distance to everything that Manly has to offer including cafes, restaurants, and the beautiful Manly Marina. This apartment is stylish and private offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. This apartment has two good size bedrooms, both with queen beds, quality sheets and towels. Both rooms come with a queen size bed and comfortable mattress, master comes with ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom is located just outside the second bedroom. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, hotplate and oven, dishwasher, and cooking facilities. There is a toaster and kettle with tea, milk and sugar provided. The outdoor space has a balcony with slight views of the marina. The lounge has leather sofa, with smart TV offering free to air, Netflix and Foxtel. The main bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is located right in the heart of Manly but far enough away to offer a peaceful, private stay. You will also be spoilt for choice with numerous cafes and restaurants to choose from, all just a short stroll away. The Manly shopping centre is just 50 metres down the street and has a supermarket, bottle shop, news-agency, post office and chemist. Manly harbour is around the corner where you can walk, or hire an electric scooter or bike, and cruise along the waterfront. The Manly train station is a short 600 metre walk up the street which takes you all the way to Brisbane city. The apartment has an off street car space so you can simply park your car and walk to everything that Manly has to offer. Or if you're felling adventurous, why not jump on the Gateway and escape to the country, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast. You will find a visitor guide book inside the apartment with plenty of local tips and inspiration. The Manly train station is 600 metres down the street and takes you all the way to Southbank, Brisbane city and the Brisbane airport.
