Welcome to Punt House, right on Camden Haven River - fishermans and paddlers delight. Let the days float by and enjoy sunrises and sunset colours over the water and North Brother mountain. Located at the end-of a quiet street next to the public boat ramp. Renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Traditional style home, modernised for comfortable living. Kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. Smart TV, free WIFI. Walk along the riverside coastal walk to the Dunbogan boat shed for a gourmet coffee, ice cream or paddle hire. Laurieton town is just across the river as well as Laurieton Seafood for great fish and chips. 5 minutes drive to restaurants and Coles supermarket in Laurieton. Pilot beach is a 7 minute drive following Dunbogan Boulevard. THE SPACE / LAYOUT Upstairs has lounge, kitchen and dining, overlooking the river, sliding doors to balcony. Master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite with shower, enjoy balcony access straight from the room. Second bedroom with walk-in robe and balcony access, bathroom with bath (no shower) and vanity down the hallway with seperate toilet. Downstairs spacious third bedroom has sliding doors that open up to the back yard. In summary, river views and outdoor acess available from all bedrooms!. Downstairs laundry is adjacent to bedroom 3 and features another bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

Neighbourhood information

Dunbogan and the Port Macquarie area are all about the beach and outdoor lifestyle and gourmet, locally sourced fresh food. Enjoy the whales passing by during their migration from May-November. Pilot Beach and Wash House Beach is a short drive. They are safe swimming beaches. The hike to Point Perpendicular is a round trip of 4kms from Camden Head Road. You can see blow holes and many wild flowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May-Nov. Laurieton is a short drive and is home to many great food spots. Try Grounded Espresso for a fresh coffee or Delizioso for an authentic Italian meal. Laurieton and Camden Haven are small, easy going, coastal towns they have no traffic lights. Port Macquarie CBD is 40 minutes drive, Port Macquarie airport 45-50 minutes drive So much to do in the area, we provide activity cards in your holiday rental house with suggestions for things to do and how to get there... or simply stay at home and relax.
