Quaint & Cosy 1 brm renovated cottage apartment privately nestled in the front of a large Traditional timber queenslander in Annerley. Cool & breezy. Wrap around relaxing deck. Walk to PAH & UQ. Fully furnished: includes Linen, Iron, fridge, washing mach, TV, and all other basic Kitchen apps. , High Speed Wi-fi, Walk in Robe. Aircon, ceiling fans. Internal laundry. Renovated bathroom. Very secure. Offstreet parking in driveway. 3km to CBD and easy access to bike paths, train and buses.

Neighbourhood information

Annerley is a very quiet inner city neighborhood that is very accessible to the Brisbance CBD (3kms) , Southbank Precint (2kms) and University of QLD Campus (1km). Bikes are available for use at property. Commuting to UQ by bike takes 10 minutes. Commuting to Southbank by bike takes 15 minutes. Off street parking in driveway is also available. Undercover secure parking is available on request.
