Stylish Granny Flat in central Geraldton, at the rear of battle-ax block. Only a few minutes walk to 2 hospitals with a large supermarket and a bus stop directly across the road. Suitable small dog safe yard, outside pets are welcome approval just let us know in the app chat or text Wifi and smart TV We have aircon & heating to main area of unit, and a fan in the bedroom. Room for 4x4 and trailer or caravan in driveway without un-hitching
Geraldton local for over 40 year enjoying the relaxed Geraldton lifestyle We are locals to Geraldton and are available by phone and email.
Close to hospitals, chemist, supermarkets and the CBD Bus stop directly across road Taxis are always close as you are right in town In takes approx 1 minute to walk to a 7 day a week supermarket, 3 minutes walk to the hospital, and 3 minutes drive to the CBD
