The fine print
Please note there is a 1.1% charge when you pay with a credit card. For cancellation between 7th-9th April, All Public Holidays & 24th December to 4th January - there will be $30 administration fee upon the refund 7 days prior.
A surcharge of AUD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Reception opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 07:30 - 20:30 Sunday 08:30 - 19:30
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Presidential Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
