Offering all-day dining, it has a menu with regional produce and wood-fired meat available. The menus are complimented by a 3 Glass rated wine menu in Australia's 2022 Wine List of the Year Awards. The restaurant is open daily from 06:30 for breakfast, lunch and dinner, until late. The sophisticated Coal Bunker Bar is also open every day until late. Here you can enjoy an aperitif or nightcap, sample local craft brews or settle in for a wine or cocktail. A collection of boutique meeting and event spaces catering for up to 300 people is also available at the hotel.
