This delightful 3 bedroom cottage has been lovingly renovated, providing an authentic Iluka experience while supplying modern convenience. Situated close to the river, this holiday destination is ideal for those who love boating and fishing, but if you prefer a more relaxed time, you can take in the incredible Iluka sunsets over the famous Clarence River. A front and back deck, along with the garden offer great outdoor areas to unwind and conveniently at the rear, there is a second toilet and scaling station. Great for BBQs and entertaining on the back deck. A double carport gives plenty of room for the car/or a boat. With a nod to the beach cottages of days gone by and a fresh modern feel, Ray-Bon is a perfect Iluka retreat. No linen supplied - BYO sheets, pillow cases and towels (All blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied) Pets Allowed * Please note: Whilst this is a pet friendly property, pets are to remain outside at all times.
