The property features a large private rear yard with shady trees and a leafy garden. Inside are 3 bedrooms and a sunny open-plan layout with north-facing rooms. Front and rear undercover areas offer shade, shelter, or sunshine year-round, while the relaxed coastal vibe makes it a perfect beach holiday home. The renovated kitchen includes modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. The home has one bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet, and a laundry with washing machine. Enjoy fast NBN WiFi, a big-screen TV with Netflix, and year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling). Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. There is a fully enclosed rear garden for pets to enjoy. It is grassed and has plenty of shade for warm days. The secure fencing is approximately 1.5M high and the gate is 1.2M. No Schoolies bookings. No 25 December arrivals/departures.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
