Residence on Cemar is a sanctuary for family holidays or weekend getaways offering a beautiful garden and patio perfect for an afternoon BBQ or an evening by the fire pit. INSIDE: Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed. Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 – Double Bed. Bedroom 4 – King Single & Trundle. Bathroom 1 – Bath, shower, basin, toilet. Bathroom 2 – Shower, basin, toilet. Kitchen – fridge, freezer, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Laundry – washing machine. Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, laptop workspace. HEATING / COOLING: Ducted gas heating, reverse cycle heating and cooling. OUTSIDE: Covered alfresco area with occasional seating and BBQ, off-street parking available in the driveway.
