Unit 2- Rio Vista on Moira Parade - This ground floor, two bedroom unit overlooks the Myall River and reserve. Located in a perfect spot for the boating enthusiast with the boat ramp across from the unit. A childrens playground is across the road in the reserve. Lovely north west facing front balcony, a great spot to watch the sunset.
