This architecturally designed home offers a true water view retreat just 10 minutes’ drive from central Launceston. It showcases spacious interiors flooded with beautiful natural light, and a spectacular entertainers’ area that can be utilised year-round. Explore the city’s renowned attractions – namely Cataract Gorge Reserve, QV Museum, and Tamar Valley Wine Region – all within easy reach. This spacious retreat comes with a BBQ, chefs’ kitchen, internal laundry and dedicated study.

Neighbourhood information

All the attractions of Launceston are within easy reach, including Cataract Gorge, The Queen Victoria Museum and Gallery, and the vibrant Harvest Community Farmers' Market, held on Saturdays. Launceston is the gateway to the stunning wine trails of the Tamar Valley, and around two hours' drive from Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park – home to the world-famous Overland Track. We do recommend you have a hire car as public transport is not that frequent or easy to access. Airport: Approximately 20 minutes drive to the airport. Public Transport: A short 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
