Guests have their own private riverbank with large undercover entertaining area equipped with everything required to enjoy a long day on the river. Guests enjoy the provided Kayaks or bring their own boat to moor at River Life's jetty. Various levels from the house to the river has child-safe gates including the large entertaining deck and spacious lawn area. The main house features a main bathroom, ensuite bathroom and additional toliet, an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with five bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and two bunk rooms.
Situated in the peaceful neighborhood of Placid Estates. Only 5 minutes from the Tailem Bend Township (Grocery Store, Chemist, Bakery, Pubs, etc). Only 10 minutes from The Bend Motorsport Park and Old Tailem Town.
