Welcome to our luxurious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom riverfront retreat! This exquisite Airbnb offers unparalleled access for kayak and boating enthusiasts, with 2 kayaks provided for your enjoyment on the water. A short 5 min walk to the local shops and train station, and the boat ramp only seconds down the road. This property has an expansive deck and large backyard area providing the perfect space for relaxation and bonding, making it an ideal choice for two families. This house is absolute waterfront and with that there is a danger for anyone and everyone, especially non swimmers and young kids. Please be responsible as we will not be liable for anything that happens, or any harm that may occur to you or your guests. The roads and this property are subject to flooding in the most serious of storms please be aware and book this place at your own responsibility. Central Coast & Newcastle train line nearby, train noise is to be expected hourly day and night - fire wood for fire place can be purchased at any servo nearby
