Established with family at heart, we are welcoming and strive to create a peaceful, private and serene experience for you. The Cottage has been operating for 2 years and we have now expanded to incorporate bookings for both the Main Lodge and the Entire Estate

Surrounded by 40-year-old established gardens, views of the mountains, an established orchard and fronting the Yarra River, you have everything that you have come to Warburton for at your doorstep- literally! You’re only 4mins to town, but far enough out to feel like you're the only one around. You are also only a 4-minute drive to the famous Redwood Forrest and the Warburton Water World, 20 mins to the top of Mount Donna Buang and so much more! OFFERINGS: Cottage - Sleeps 5 people and is perfect for small families and couples. It is the most affordable option Lodge - Sleeps 12 people and allows dogs - perfect for larger families or groups of friends. This is our comfort option Retreat - This is the combination of both the Cottage and the Lodge accommodation and sleeps a total of 17. This is our Luxury option and includes the entire property and estate. We were both born and raised here so we know all the good spots like the best coffee & local pub and of course ice cream! We send all of your guests an in-depth information pack before their stay that helps you plan your trip. We give you our best local recommendations for where to visit, where to eat, and what to see. THINGS TO NOTE: **Self-check-in*** **Private entrance and designated parking for both the Lodge and the Cottage ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING available via 10amp power point located next to vehicle parking. BYO charger plug PARKING - x2 car spaces available for the Cottage, x3 for the Lodge and x6 for the Retreat

Quiet, friendly neighbours who keep to themselves. Peacefu surrounds 🌸 We are in a quiet area just a few minutes from Warburton. 🌸 We have very quiet neighbours and everything is fairly private. We're located directly on the Yarra River, here you can simply walk down the property and have your own private picnic and sitting area. 🌸 It is peaceful and away from the business of the town, yet very close by to attend all attractions. 🌸 We are also only a few minutes from the Redwoods Forrest by car.
