This large double storey brick home with bay & Mount Martha views is ideally located near Dromana shops and beach and provides spacious living throughout. With a large driveway offering plenty of parking for cars and boats. This property can comfortably cater for all your families needs whilst holidaying on the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Including 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, kitchen, open plan dining and large upstairs lounge room adjacent balcony decking overlooking the spacious front lawns.BBQ and entertaining area in the front yard and a rumpus room with split system, ceiling fan and TV. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Other features include free wi-fi, ducted heating throughout, split system heating/cooling (lounge), ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, ducted vacuum, spa bath in Main Bathroom, Barbeque connected to the mains, dishwasher plus off-street parking and room for a boat or jet skis.
