Rosa's Apartment had a full renovation when we opened and we have just recently repainted inside , new rugs , some new furniture , rugs and prints . We are also creating a space outside to give you the opportunity to have some where to sit in the fresh air. Rosa's is in a no through Street and close to the main Hwy to and from Adelaide . Rosa's is close to Market Place Shopping Centre, Mt. Gambier Hospital, Shopping Precinct & Sporting Facilities. The apartment is good for couples, families or solo and business travellers. We want you to be comfortable and feel at home during your stay with us. There is a locked garage under main roof with direct access to the Apartment for a small to medium car only - please do not attempt to put larger vehicles in the garage. you are also welcome to park your car on the grass at the front. The outside car parking area has security camera's. Internet available. We are Not Pet Friendly. STRICTLY NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the property
I am usually available by phone at short notice. I like to feel a space is my own when I travel , so I also give my guests space and privacy - with the knowledge that I can be contacted for any queries by mobile. Self checkin offers guests immediate access to the Apartment on arrival at the property .
The Apartment is close to the main road in from Adelaide and just over a kilometer from the business and shopping area. The Marketplace shopping area with a Woolies , food court , Fuel station and other retail shops is less than a kilometer way Mt Gambier City Council dont charge for car parking , so no parking meters . Please be aware of time limits for car parking . Mt Gambier has limited public transport, there is a local bus service - it does not cover the Airport which is about a 12 min drive from the Apartment
