You are only 5 minute's walk from the local beach & shops & cafe You are central to everything the Mornington Penisula has to offer. You are within a 15-20 minute drive from the renowned Red Hill wineries, Penisula Hot Springs and the popular surrounding tourist destinations (eg, Seronto/Portsea/Dromana)
