Cosy and inviting with a comfortable beach vibe you will feel like you never want to leave. Situated on a wide quiet street, centrally located within 10 mins walking distance to Rosebud pier, cafes, parks, bookshops and more! And only 380 meters to Rosebud / Macrae Beautiful bay beach.
Creative at heart, business owner 17+ years happily married +22 years to my best friend and equal partner. Mother of 2 vibrant girls and two fur kids (dogs). The best of Mornington Peninsula awaits. Just a short stroll to all the best local cafes and Rosebud pier. Or take the kids to the jetty foreshore park to play there’s the local bookstore, and so much more all within a short walking distance. 20 min walk to McCrae lighthouse and beach boxes. Coles and woolies just 800 meters either side of street 14 minutes drive to peninsula hot springs 10 mins drive to the best wineries. Ample parking in driveway and on street. Can walk to most local amenities
