The house is just 17 minutes from Melbourne Airport which makes an ideal place for guests who are flying to and from Melbourne. It is located in a very quiet street and is perfect for comfortable family stays. It has two living areas, separate dining room, 4 bedrooms, study/5th bedroom, master with en-suite, heating & cooling and a kitchen with plenty of space. Garage is not available for guests. Strictly No parties, gatherings or events!! Please ensure you read our guest/visitor policy prior to booking.

There is a noise level restriction outside. Always be respectful of neighbours and refrain from extremely loud music and screaming/yelling. Noise is to cease by 10pm.
