Newly built home in 2023 overlooking the Shark Bay heritage area with views of Dirk Hartog Island and a couple steps from the shoreline. Panoramic views from front and rear decks and ample parking with fully fenced property and gate. Located on the main street of Denham with a short walk to shops and dining options, as well as a scenic drive to Monkey Mia and other tourist sites.
