The large open plan living/dining adjoins to the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and features sliding doors out to the entertaining deck which overlooks the low maintenance back yard with beautiful gardens and an outdoor shower. Other inclusions of this stunning townhouse are reverse cycle A/C & heating, ducted vacuum Strictly no parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
