Just 350 metres to a secluded bay beach accessed only by walking track used by local residents. As you enter the property there is an abundance of natural light, magnificently appointed to cater for guests that expect elegance and luxury when staying away from home. If your intention is to cause nuisance and create excessive noise which causes disruption we would kindly ask that you please find another property. PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD: (a) Aggressive behaviour (b) Yelling, screaming and arguing (c) Cheering, clapping and singing. SORRY NO SCHOOLIES PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES Upon submitting your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions stated above.

Neighbourhood information

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge.  * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.  * Please note: The backyard is fully fenced, however the only access to this area (aside from the side gate at the front of the property) is through the 4th bedroom/Rumpus room downstairs. The main living area is upstairs which has access to the large entertaining area, this area cannot be accessed from the backyard. Depending on what kind of dog you have it is important to take these points into consideration as the property is not an ideal set up for dogs. ----
