Bring the whole family including your pooch & enjoy the beautiful backlit spa, close by beautiful beaches, creeks and central park resort precinct This beach themed home is located in the Salt village of Kingscliff and boasts a great position-walking distance to the beach, creek and central park shopping precinct. This is the perfect setting for you to relax with family or friends in the astounding natural beauty of the Tweed Coast. This home has been upgraded in 2024 with the addition of larger outdoor living area and additional outdoor seating spa, plus a beautiful back lit spa to enjoy the outdoors all year long. Your four legged friends are welcome and the house is set up to suit. Pets are welcome inside the house but not permitted on furniture. The garage has a baby gate for your pets to feel included in the family area, it also has an external door to the large fully fenced yard which overlooks the park to bring more of the-great-outdoors-feel in. The living area combines a beautifully appointed modern kitchen that is open and easy to entertain at the lovely north-east facing outdoor area. The kids will enjoy the space with the park behind to kick a footy or bring their bikes, scooters or skateboards to explore over 3 kilometres of cycleways within the beachfront village. The master bedroom is north facing which receives beautiful sunshine during winter. The master now includes a 55"Smart TV! The other bedrooms are separate areas of the home with a bath in the main bathroom for the little ones if required or a quiet haven to relax after a day at the beach. Enjoy Netflix during your stay! Neighbourhood information

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round. With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge. Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm. Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration. Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
