Sand and Sea offers a bright open plan living area featuring a 50 inch Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, Free WiFi, Air-Conditioning and Heating. The kitchen offers everything you need for your stay, including a fully equiped Kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a large hot water system. The dining Table Seats 4, as well as a Comfortable Lounge Room. There is a Shared Laundry with Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer. FREE STREET PARKING is available, NO car park on site. We have extra Storage for Surf Boards or Bikes in the Garage (though it won’t fit a car). Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests: Main Bedroom: 1 x Luxurious Queen bed, Smart TV, Block-out Blinds, Ceiling Fan and Built-in Robe. Bedroom Two: 1 x King Single Bed, 1 x Single Bed, Block-out Blinds, Ceiling Fan and Built-in Robe. Linen and Bath Towels are provided but please bring your own Beach Towels.
