The perfect location; nestled in native bush at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the prestige suburb of Sandy Bay and only 5 minutes drive to CBD, Salamanca, the dock area, and beaches. Full privacy, this beautifully appointed, light and comfortable home has a large elevated deck surrounded by trees, elegant lounge and dining, and peaceful bedrooms with garden views. Ensuite bath with glorious bush surround is a special feature.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by bush, yet only a 5 minute walk to the fabulous Hill Street Grocer Store, 5 minute drive to the city, beach, Salamanca Market and Wharf area. The perfect location for your Hobart stay! On-site "top of driveway only", or free off street parking. 5 minute walk to gourmet grocer, bottle shop. A short stroll to public transport. 10 minute walk to Wrest Point Casino. 5 - 10 minute drive to the city, Salamanca Place and Sandy Bay Beach
