Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Private keyless entry, dedicated off street undercover parking (with convenient powerpoint for EV charging), and all the comforts of home including queen bed, smart tv, wi-fi. This completely free standing studio is located off a quiet laneway just a 4 minute walk to the beach and to Beachstone cafe. Air conditioner and ceiling fan cool the space easily and small bar fridge, kettle and toaster is in kitchenette. Cosy ensuite bathroom.
