Sea Legs is a beachfront property with one of Wooli's best dune areas. The 10-seater picnic table set on the dune offers 180-degree coastline views, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or watching the waves. Few properties offer such proximity to the beach. Inside, enjoy crisp white walls, cane furnishings, timber floors, and natural matting for a relaxed summer vibe. Louvred windows provide excellent airflow, and ceiling fans are in all rooms. The kitchen overlooks living spaces that open onto a timber deck and BBQ area, ideal for summer dining. The private rear garden leads to the dunes and Wooli Beach, where you can walk for miles in solitude. Located centrally in Wooli Village, Sea Legs is close to the caf , playground, skate park, tennis courts, boat hire, Bowling Club, and Wooli Pub. Enjoy surfing, paddleboarding, diving, fishing, and bushwalking, or simply relax in the tranquil garden. Wooli Village offers a timeless charm and an extraordinary escape. Enjoy an idyllic retreat in this modern, comfortable beach house. * PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: - Linen is NOT supplied at this property.
