    “The Chalet overlooks Berrara Creek which is a lovely view. There are kangaroos grazing close to the chalet and lots of different birds flying nearby or in the trees and some wading in the water. It is only a short walk to beautiful Berrara Beach.”

Hi there. We are a real estate agency in Sussex Inlet who have been professionally handling holiday rentals for more than 40 years. For all our holiday properties we ask for a security deposit of between $200 - $500. This is refunded within 14 days from departure if there is no excess cleaning or damage. Please note most of our holiday houses do not provide linen or towels. Please check the detail of your booking. Local linen hire is available. Ask us for contact details. Please note we dont take bookings where all the guests are under 21 years of age.

Welcome to Sea Shell Chalet, a delightful holiday chalet nestled in the heart of Berrara. This charming accommodation is part of the Berrara Beach Chalets and offers a cosy retreat for up to five guests. Things to note about the property: Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) Aircon is available. Shared Laundry facilities Guests are required to supply their own firewood. No smoking inside the Chalet No pets allowed. No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable
