Four spacious bedrooms with living and sleeping areas spanning over two levels enabling privacy when sharing. The outdoor verandah is the perfect meeting place for alfresco dining or cocktail drinks whilst watching the sunset over the bay. 1770 offers an abundance of activity from calm water swimming, kayaking, sup boarding, fishing, tinny hire, restaurants within walking distance, headland lookout and coastal wildlife walks or the perfect environment to relax and read a book. Just 100m stroll to the water you will also find a palm fringed park with playground, picnic tables and free BBQs. 1770 boat ramp and marina is an easy 300m drive down the road to launch the boat or for access to the Great Barrier Reef for you snorkel trip to Lady Musgrave Island for the day.
