***DOWNSTAIRS ONLY*** The laidback coastal village of Port Willunga is an idyllic year-round holiday spot and this self-contained retreat is in the perfect location for you to make the most of everything it has to offer. Seaborne Avenue is just a stone's throw from the sandy beach – a safe swimming spot popular with families – and within walking distance of the stunning Star of Greece café, which offers quality alfresco dining overlooking the ocean and is named after a 1888 shipwreck, the remains of which can still be seen on the beach today. This affordable holiday house (downstairs only) is ideal for a couple or small family, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single and two bunks), plus a very large living area with plenty of comfy seating, a TV and DVD player. There's a separate dining and kitchen area, reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the living & dining / kitchen and ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure you'll be comfortable whatever time of year you visit, and the huge backyard has loads of room for the kids to run around or enjoy that great Aussie holiday pastime: backyard cricket. There's an abundance of activities and attractions within an easy drive on the Fleurieu....
