The Unit Comprises of three levels - you can drive straight into your double garage. From this area you have internal access up to the ground level living. This has open plan L - Shaped lounge and dining room, offering lovely cool breezes direct from the ocean. Tidy, well appointed kitchen. This is the main living area with a balcony off the back that you can sit with a glass of wine after a lazy day down the beach which is only minutes away. The Second level leads up by stairs which comprises of three bedrooms, all with built in robes. Two bedrooms have direct balcony access again receiving the cool breezes throughout the year. Main bathroom is on the bedroom level which has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. On the ground level there is a second shower and toilet which comes in handy coming home from the beach.
