All linen is supplied at this property. Entry is via your own secure lock up garage which leads to small sitting room with sofa bed complete with games, books, a second Tv, a petite yet very functional grassed outdoor area complete with a Bbq area and table and chairs to accommodate 2 guests. Upstairs is a stylish coastal living room and a B&B style kitchenette with a B&B style kitchenette offering a bar fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and a small dining table. The natural light filled living room provides cosy couches and a wide screen Tv. There is one queen sized bedroom located upstairs with a built in robe and modern ensuite bathroom with separate shower while the toilet is located in the bathroom. There is a second bedroom located downstairs acting as a couple's or parent's retreat with 2 single beds. Wifi This property does not accept schoolies, bucks, hens or other large parties/gatherings, penalties will apply to guests. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in. Linen for sofa bed is in the trunk.
