Welcome to Seaside on Swan & Laneway Retreat. This stunning home is the epitome of comfortable beach side living. Located on Swan St in the Grange, our home is walking distance to supermarkets, cafes and just a short stroll to the beautiful Grange Beach. Take a short drive to Henley Square or visit Westfield West Lakes for some retail therapy. Upon arrival you’ll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings and decor. Entry into our home is via our state of the art keyless entry system for ease of access 24 hours. This beautiful, spacious home has been recently painted and furnished. With two open plan kitchen and dining areas, it is perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We have three living rooms with smart TV’s and a cupboard with a range of board games, perfect for disconnecting from technology and spending quality time with the family. Relax on our sofa’s with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book while the kids play in the large backyard. Both of our kitchens are equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including ovens, a gas & an induction cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and plenty of wine glasses! Take a seat in one of our two dining areas and entertain in style, or alternatively our undercover outdoor area with BBQ facilities is great for some fresh air. Our home has three king bedrooms (two can be made up with single beds on request), one queen bedroom, a bunk bed (single over double), a single bed with trundle and one double sofa bed. All of our bedrooms have comfortable bedding and vintage wash linens. Our bedroom blinds are a mix of shutters, venetians and roller blinds. Please check the listing photos for specific configurations. There are built-in wardrobes with full size mirrors and drawers in three of the bedrooms if you need to store any clothes.
