Property information

Welcome to the Seaside Sanctuary in the heart of Port Noarlunga South. Only one house back from the beach convenience and location. This modern, cute three-bedroom house is only 8 years young and is tastefully decorated. Generous wine and breakfast provisions with quality linen, towels and amenities. Walking distance to beach, cafes and tourist hot spots, this family friendly spot will tick all your boxes. Self-check in, parking for two cars, outdoor bbq and entertainment area

Neighbourhood information

Set back one street, parallel to the esplanade you can smell and hear the beach. A quiet and private spot you will enjoy being well placed to everything whilst having your own little beachside Paradise to escape to. The popular train station is 3 km away which will express you into the city or local areas. Buses , cars and bike paths make getting around a breeze. Lots of beautiful local walks and cafes. You will be spoilt for choice.
