Delightful coastal getaway located approximately 750 metres from stunning local beaches. Spacious family friendly open plan living and dining, featuring a wide screen smart TV, split system AC, and a modern kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining. Four queen size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample off-street parking for cars, boats, and jet ski Contemporary style kitchen featuring electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and a combined microwave convection oven. The open plan living and dining includes a family size 8 seat dining table, leather lounges, cosy bean bags, books and games for entertainment, and day/night blackout blinds throughout. The 4 queen size bedrooms offer comfortable bedding, ceiling fans and built in robes. There is a modern family bathroom plus an ensuite to the spacious master bedroom. Fully fenced rear yard, offering privacy and secure parking for jet skis. The rear gate is approximately 2.5 metres wide. Relax, BBQ, and dine undercover after a day at the beach or exploring the peninsula. Guests are required to complete a booking form, and licence ID and credit card details are required prior to access. No groups under 25
