Set on approximately 1500 square metres of elevated land, this 4 bedroom split level home offers a calm and tranquil weekend hideaway, with an open plan living space with natural fireplace and a large wrap around balcony. The living room and two bedrooms offer incredible feel with views to Bass Strait. The home is split with two master wings; one upstairs and one down. The downstairs area is great as a teenager’s retreat, or guest area, with its own separate access and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs down the hall you have a large central family bathroom with separate bath, shower and guest powder room along with three large bedrooms and a separate study or nursery. The tranquillity, location and views are what truly sets this home apart. It includes a living area with open plan entertainer’s kitchen and dining and a gorgeous outdoor setting in the wind protected rear backyard. Beautifully presented and decorated, you simply won't want to leave. Includes: fully equipped kitchen with granite bench top, electric induction stove, Bosch oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking essentials, pod Nespresso machine, Weber BBQ, Euro style laundry, ducted gas heating, two reverse cycle air conditioners, combustible wood fireplace, and perfect sized bath for soaking in bubbles, two TVs and wifi, two living spaces upstairs, dining table seats twelve and umbrella for rear alfresco.
