Neighbourhood information

Balcolyn is a quiet lakeside suburb. The home is just a short walk or drive to Shingle Splitters reserve. The waterfront reserve has a playground, BBQ, and picnic facilities and is great for swimming for children or water activities. There is also a boat ramp located at the end of the street so it is the perfect spot for water lovers! There is a shopping center located at Bonnells Bay just a short drive where there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and more. Morisset town centre is a 10-minute drive away and has a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Public transport is available but limited so we recommend bringing a car You will receive an SMS before your arrival with information on directions to your property and any other special information you may require during your stay. This is sent once the check-in form has been completed.
