LINEN NOT PROVIDED - Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. A Deposit is required at time of making your booking. There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season. SHACK 93 is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 7 guests (6 adults) with sea views. Under 2 hours from Gepps Cross. Open plan dining, lounge with reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove, nespresso coffee pod machine, BYO pods. Bathroom with shower over child bath, w/c, no laundry. Gas BBQ, deck with outdoor setting and sea views, undercover parking and room for the boat. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk (single on top-child only) double on bottom. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Excellent crabbing and fishing off the beach. Property on rain water - no mains water garage not for use no smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond A Three Hundred refundable bond will be added to your booking and refunded back to you within 7 to 10 business days of departure providing there are no damages/problems.

Neighbourhood information

James Well is a small coastal settlement just south of Ardrossan, overlooking beautiful Gulf St Vincent. Located approximately two hours drive from Adelaide, James well is popular with families for fishing, crabbing and as a great base to explore Yorke Peninsula. There is a walking trail between James Well and Rogues Point to Pine Point, which is part of the Walk The Yorke trail. James Well has a cement boat ramp for the fishing enthusiasts, suitable for launching at high tide only or you can head to nearby Ardrossan which has an all-weather boat ramp, from which you can launch at all times. There are no shops in James Well but it’s only a short drive to Ardrossan which has a hotel, supermarket, butcher and much more.
