Port Willunga Ocean Views Beachhouse (Shanti by the Sea) is a short stay Holiday Rental on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula around 45 minutes south of Adelaide's CBD and a similar distance from Adelaide Airport. Located on the Esplanade at Port Willunga, the 3-bedroom townhouse provides airy and spacious self-contained seaside accommodation with breathtaking water views from the expansive front balcony. Special Features and Facilities include: - North-west facing with Esplanade frontage that provides stunning sea views & magnificent sunsets on the balcony. - Self-contained and well-equipped for exclusive guest use - no accommodation/amenity sharing or on-site hosts. - Bright seaside outlook and expansive sea views from the inside living area. - 3 bedrooms sleep up to 6 adults or combination of adults/children to a maximum 6 guests with children included. - Small 2B BBQ provided on the front balcony. - Renovated bathroom/laundry plus an additional small ensuite provides 2 separate toilet & shower areas with an additional outside shower for warmer months. - Guests have free use of NBN Wi-fi. - Reverse cycle heating/cooling on both levels with ceiling fans in all bedrooms & the main living area. - Well-appointed kitchen with full fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine & filtered tap water. - Linen is provided for the number of guests booked includes bedding, tea towels, bath towels & bathmats (Note beach towels are not provided). - Some basic necessities are provided, including hand/body wash, dishwashing liquid/powder, sugar, tea, coffee, pepper, salt & cooking oil spray. - Port Willunga Beach is a short 10-minute walk away with alternative beaches at Sellicks, Silver Sands, Aldinga, Maslin & Moana, all within a 5 to 10-minute drive. - Only 10 minutes by car to one of Australia's premier Wine Regions at McLaren Vale and its surrounds. - 450 metres to the renowned Star of Greece Restaurant which overlooks the bay at Port Willunga near the resting place of the Star of Greece shipwreck from which the restaurant takes its name. - Ideal base for day trips to the South Coast around Victor Harbour or as a stopover location enroute to Kangaroo Island. - January often hosts cyclists from around the world who come to compete in the Tour Down Under with stages taking in the Esplanade only metres from Shanti's balcony and the King of the Hill finish just a short drive to the nearby historic Willunga township.
