Just a short 500m stroll takes you to Kilcunda’s cozy cafes, including the newly renovated General Store and Killy Pub, where you can savour great food and coffee in a warm ambiance. The house features 4 bedrooms - 1 king with ensuite, 2 queens, 2 king singles and 2 beautiful family bathrooms, all perfectly tucked away from the living and kitchen areas. Take the stairs up to the kitchen and you are greeted with an entertainers delight in every sense and being well equipped, it is a pleasure to cook during your stay. The open plan design includes the living area with a large smart TV and a large balcony to appreciate the view. There is an 8m mineral lap pool (heated for summer months) and a pet friendly fully enclosed garden - 1 small dog only please (no cats). The home also has reverse cycle heating and cooling in the main bedroom and living areas upstairs and downstairs. Heated bathroom floors. Fan and heater in every room if required, so you are cool in summer and cosy in winter. Ceiling Fans available in bedrooms.
