The beautiful two storey townhouse offers panoramic water views looking out the headland and a gorgeous sandy beach straight out your back door, the amazing location and property attributes will make you want to come back time and time and time again. Plenty of comfortable accommodation for eight guests spread over two levels, this townhouse is perfect for families and couples.   Entry to the property is from the road and garage level, only one step and you are in the spacious open plan living area with ceiling fans, vibrant cane lounge suite, large flat screen TV, DVD, dining setting and spectacular water views.   Sliding glass doors take you out onto the covered balcony with a stunning outdoor setting, gas BBQ and the relaxing sounds of the ocean.  Very well-equipped stylish kitchen with granite bench-tops, under-bench oven, stove-top, microwave, dishwasher and a family full size fridge and freezer.  The main bedroom is also on this level, this room has a king size bed and views over the communal courtyard and landscaped grounds, there is also a stunning bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles on this level with a shower, vanity and toilet. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund.
