This charming Fremantle cottage is centrally located. Take a leisurely stroll to South Beach, a beautiful stretch of coastline perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a picnic with ocean views or stroll along the popular South Terrace which offers a range of culinary options to enjoy all within easy walking distance. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living area with a comfortable couch for Netflix sessions, a small dining area for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and oven. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. On the porch outside, take a break on the day bed while enjoying the sea breeze. The three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a large King bed in the main bedroom, a Queen bed, and another large King bed that can convert to two singles. The main bedroom and living area have a ducted air conditioning unit and a heater in the living area for the colder months. For your convenience, there's a washing machine and tumble dryer available. Bed linen and towels are provided, and complimentary WiFi is included. Street parking is free but limited. Please note that a security deposit is required one week before arrival. This deposit is refundable within 7 days after departure, provided the property is left in a satisfactory condition.
