Bring your friends and family to this spacious newly built four bedroom home, with plenty of space in the perfectly manicured backyard. The home includes 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge. The house is close to all major amenities within a walking distance; > less than a kilometre to the major shopping centre (Opalia Plaza) > a pharmacy > a bus station > 5 mins drive to the train station > 5 mins to the major highway M8 > 7 minutes drive to Cobblebank Indoor Stadium

Beautiful scenery - home is near the Exford gorge wetlands. The Werribee River runs through the gorge and the whole family can go for walks and enjoy the country backdrop. Warrawong Estate - 5 mins drive to the famous estate known for its beautiful venue for events and weddings.
