Park yourself on Park St, in the spacious comfort of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located minutes from the CBD, Royal Botanical Gardens, Crown Casino, Albert Park Lake and world class sporting & entertainment arenas. You will have access to a communal indoor pool, tennis court, gym and barbeque terrace. Secure intercom and 1 parking space also included. Trams to and from the city leave outside the front door.
