Newly built modern cosy home facing beautiful hills in the distance, in a location close to all amenities & venues in Pakenham such as the Lois Maghanoy Centre for Performing Arts, Cardinia Cultural Centre. You'll enjoy the natural beauty on your walk passing creeks & parks to the sound of birds in the surrounding area. Your family will enjoy the light-filled open-planned dining and living area with a large 65” TV, games to play and a kitchen with utensils & a coffee machine/milk frother. This spacious modern single story home comprises of 4 Bedrooms, 1 Study room, well stocked kitchen, 1 large living and dining area and 2 elegant bathrooms with all basic amenities. Ducted heating is available throughout the house with a split system cooling in the living area to keep the house cool in summer days. There are also tower fans available in each room if required. The large backyard is fully fenced and have ample space for the little ones to wonder around. Location: There are plenty of highly rated cafes and restaurants (Thai, Japanese, Italian, Indian to name a few) as well as Red Rooster, McDonalds and KFC which are only a few minutes drive from home. Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Officeworks, Bunnings, Dan Murphy’s, Village lakeside and Arena shopping centres, medical centres, Fitness centres are all within a comfortable 5-6 minutes drive. Few minutes drive to the Beaconhills College, Pakenham Campus, St Francis Xavier College, Officer Campus as well as number of Primary and Secondary schools, early learning and kindergarten centres. Close to public transports - Cardinia Road station and Pakenham station. Also a short drive to the Monash Freeway to take you to Melbourne City. For those who like to explore some of the popular destinations in the area: - "Gumbuya World" is about 20 minutes drive (depends on the day/time) - "Puffing Billy" is about 30 minutes drive (depends on the day/time)
