This stunning Bilgola Beach five-bedroom, 3 level house with views includes an independent studio apartment and sleeps up to 10 people. With a choice of two outdoor areas you can either relax by the pool or sit on the front balcony and enjoy watching the rolling waves on the beach and the stunning sunsets. Ideally located, this five-bedroom house offers space for eight people with an optional self-contained apartment that can accommodate an additional two. The house also features a large backyard with a trampoline and pool and is visible to the main lounge dining and kitchen areas. Enjoy a choice of two outdoor dining areas out on the front balcony with the views or in the alfresco dining area at the back looking over the solar-heated pool. Four out of the five bedrooms have private bathrooms and beach views and access to balconies through sliding doors. All rooms have electric blackout blinds and retractable fly screens. After dinner, you can relax by the fire pit in the top garden while the kids play on the trampoline. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, the master hosts a king bed and the 5th bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Two TV areas provide separate areas for the adult's and kids' entertainment in addition to the smart TV in the apartment. Apple TV is available on all TVs as well as Netflix. There are also 3 lounge areas, two on the top floor and 1 on the middle level. Parking is on the street and there are a set of sandstone stairs up the driveway that should be considered for older folk. For an extended family, the apartment is perfect as it's on the ground floor.

The location is absolutely perfect as it's an easy stroll into Avalon, cliff-top walks to Newport, or a short walk down to Bilgola Beach for the best coffee on the beaches. We are en route in the Coastal walk from Palm Beach to Manly. Bilgola Beach is popular with locals as it is more protected than most of the other beaches in the area. It is also one of the few beaches that have a cafe on the beach. The best shops and restaurants are all within walking distance in Avalon and Newport. You don't have that advantage in Palm or Whale Beach. We are within walking distance of the bus stop and Avalon Village and about 10 min drive to Palm Beach and Mona Vale. We are about an hour's drive from the airport and shuttles and transfers are available.
